The location of the wedding was in a little-traveled spot, halfway up a mountain.


A couple of dead trees at the perimeter of the clearing provided stumps as bases for benches.

Overhanging trees had to be cleared along the road.



The single road to the site of the ceremony had to be graded more than once to make it navigable--but only by 4-wheel drive vehicles.
